Air plants intercept fiber-optic signals from utility poles…”

Did you know? Taiwan is one of the countries with the highest density of plant species per unit area. In overlooked corners of this land, neglected people, plants, and suppressed knowledge grow like dark, humid forces at the margins and in the cracks, quietly disrupting the progress of urban modernity. Taipei Art Book Fair is a big, collective experiment—mixing publishing, learning, art, space, and everything in between. As 2026 marks our 10th anniversary, we will discuss our journey in engaging people with art books across different fields and share the diverse experiments we’ve conducted along the way.
