Can You Make The Band Name Bigger? is a book highlighting a selection of around 15 years worth poster artwork by artist Luke Drozd.

Luke Drozd has been making commissioned poster for concerts and performances since the mid-2000’s. Created to advertise the event but often then sold as limited prints at the shows, this artwork sits at the crossroads of advert and artistic artefact. The book features a foreword by writer / comedian Stewart Lee, an intro by US poster artist Jay Ryan, and a conversation with cultural producer Crispin Parry, as well as insights into the work from both Drozd and the bands and musicians he has worked with, including Will Oldham / Bonnie ‘Prince’ Billy, Adam Buxton, Shirley Collins, The Residents and more.
